EL SEGUNDO, California. Boeing won a $440 million contract to construct the 12th Wideband Global SATCOM (WGS) communications satellite for the U.S. Space Force's Space Systems Command, the company announced in a statement.

BOCA RATON, Florida. Terran Orbital Corporation won a $15.2 million contract to deliver Ambassador Class satellite platforms to the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), the company announced in a statement.

DUBLIN. Global revenue for the military simulation, modeling, and virtual training market in terms of value -- standing at $14.2 billion so far in 2024 -- is expected to show strong revenue growth through to 2034, according to a report from Research and Markets, "Military Simulation, Modelling and Virtual Training Market Report 2024-2034."

Intel official announced that the company is spinning off their nProgram Solutions Group (PSG) as a standalone company, named Altera, the group’s original name when first acquired by intel in 2015. Altera’s field programmable gate array (FPGA) devices are key components in military sensor and signal procession applications like radar, electronic warfare, signals intelligence, and others.

The German armed forces have chosen Rheinmetall to supply the Skyranger 30 mobile air defense system in a €595 million contract that includes the delivery of a prototype and 18 series production vehicles, with an option for an additional 30 systems, Rheinmetall announced in a statement.
